Last fall U of T launched a new look for all stationery, providing a streamlined and consistent look and feel for all areas within the University and a future goal of reducing overall print costs. Additionally, the stationery is printed on recycled paper.

Below, is a sample of a Departmental business card (left) and a Faculty administrative business card, using the new stationery design:

 
Additionally, electronic letterhead is now available for all faculty and staff to access through the U of T Portal. To access electronic letterhead through the U of T Portal:

1. Login to: https://portal.utoronto.ca/.
   
   
2. Click on Modify Content button in the top right corner.
   
   
3. Check the Electronic Letterhead Template for Faculty & Staff box.
   
   
4. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click Submit (bottom right), then OK.
   
   
5. There will now be a module/box with the link to the electronic letterhead.
   
   
6. Click on the Electronic Letterhead Template for Faculty & Staff link and create your customized electronic letterhead.
