Re:      Advisory Committee for the Appointment of a Vice-Dean, Graduate Studies

As you may be aware, Professor Brenda McCabe’s appointment as Chair, Department of Civil Engineering, effective January 1, 2008, necessitates a new search for a Vice-Dean Graduate for the Faculty.  In accordance with the Policy on Appointment of Academic Administrators, I have struck an Advisory Committee with the following members:

Professor Susan McCahan, Chair, First Year, Department of Mechanical and Industrial Engineering
Professor Javad Mostaghimi, Former Vice-Dean, Research and Graduate Studies, Department of Mechanical and Industrial Engineering
